Yoga is more than just being or becoming more flexible, mobile and strong. Yoga at its core is a practice in uncovering who we really are, to know your self, your soul, your truth, your energy, your connections within and without and everything in between. Yoga is a journey unique to you, your body proportions and mobility, your intentions and abilities.

Our Yoga sessions run for 60 - 75 minutes in our intimate, boutique space. In a typical session, you’ll experience a rewarding asana sequence (that’s the yoga poses!), meditation, mantras and mudras, for your mind/body connection. You will also likely find a little bit of laughter, a balance between not taking yourself too seriously and making meaningful connections with the self, a lot of nurturing, a space of genuine non-judgement and a coach dedicated to your safety and empowerment.

If your looking to relax - I would highly recommend hitting up a YIN evening stillness with jess. This 75 minute session is truly one of a kind.

YOGA CLASSES

Yoga Foundations

Type: Hatha

Class Level: Beginner

Yoga isn’t about twisting yourself into a pretzel (though if that's your goal, we'll totally support you!). As the Bhagavad Gita puts it, “Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” If you're scratching your head and thinking, "What does that even mean?", then this is the class for you!

Perfect for newcomers or anyone wanting to refine their practice, this class will guide you through some of the most commonly used yoga poses. With simple, easy-to-follow instructions and demonstrations, you'll build confidence and connect more deeply with your body and mind. Join us to explore, laugh, and discover what yoga can really mean for you.

Rise & Shine Vinyasa

Type: Vinyasa

Class Level: Open/all levels

Kickstart your day with this early morning class, designed to energize and ground you. Expect to move and earn your relaxing Savasana by the end.

We’ll guide you through invigorating sequences that wake up your body and mind.

Perfect for all levels, this class helps you cultivate balance and readiness, setting a positive tone for the day ahead. Join us to flow, energize, and prepare for a great day!

Mindful Moments

Type: Hatha/Vinyasa

Class Level: Beginner

Explore your understanding of the self through mindful movement and breathwork in this beginner-friendly yoga class combining Hatha and Vinyasa styles.

Focused on building strength and flexibility, you'll experience a combination of foundational poses and sequences designed to flow with ease.

With simple, easy-to-follow guidance and demonstrations, you'll gain confidence and deepen your connection to your body and mind. Perfect for those starting their yoga journey or looking to enhance their practice with mindful exploration. Join us to stretch, strengthen, and grow!

Mindful Flow

Type: Flexible (Hatha, Vinyasa, Power)

Class Level: Intermediate

Are you a yogi looking to safely challenge yourself and deepen your practice? This class is for you!

We blend strength-building and flexibility-enhancing sequences with mindful movement and breathwork.

Join us to elevate your practice in a supportive, challenging and inclusive environment!

Yin

Type: Yin

Class Level: Open

Decompress from your day or start your day on a calm and centered note, suitable for all levels. If spending an hour in stillness and relaxation sounds like bliss, this is your perfect class! This practice features long-held poses designed to gently stretch deep connective tissues and promote stillness in both body and mind.

Enjoy a profound sense of tranquility as you unwind and release tension, embracing the peaceful end to your day. Or own the morning and embrace the day with a focused energy and calm presence.

Strength & Mobility

Type: Hatha/Vinyasa

Class Level: Open

Designed for those who appreciate the journey of life and value moving with ease, this class alternates between Hatha, Vinyasa, or a blend of both. Focused on building strength, improve mobility and enhancing flexibility, it offers a supportive and enjoyable practice that adapts to your unique needs, helping you stay vibrant and agile regardless of age. For your safety and to ensure the best experience, please disclose any relevant abilities or limitations prior to participating. Embrace a practice that supports your journey and honors where you are at every stage of life.
