Hello! I'm Tayla, I am the Founder and Lead Trainer of Sea Fit Boutique as well as the proud Mum to three energetic children all under the age of seven (trust me i get it).
I’m passionate about training women and specialize in pregnancy and postnatal training, understanding the unique needs and challenges that come with motherhood. My expertise also extends to a wide understanding of the effects on women relating to their menstrual cycles, allowing me to tailor programs that align with your body's natural rhythms for optimal health and performance.
I myself have gone through 3x back to back pregnancies, C section recoveries, miscarriage, a sudden hysterectomy, pelvic floor "stuff", a spinal Injury, Hip Surgery + multiple surgeries- when I say I get it, I really do & thats WHY I began this journey in the first place. Everyones journey is unique and different and I’m here for it.
I am deeply passionate about Fitness and Pilates. Believing in a holistic approach that enhances both physical and mental well-being. My goal is to make fitness relatable and approachable for everyone.

YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Hello! I’m a certified 200hr Yoga Teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance. I have years of experience with Yin, Hatha and Power Flow Yoga styles and can cater for a range of abilities from beginner, pre and post natal, mobility support, to intermediate inversions, balances and more!
Yoga is more than just being or becoming more flexible, mobile and strong. Yoga at its core, is a practice in uncovering who we really are. In my practice and in any sessions shared with me, that process often includes having a little touch of fun and laughter along the way!
Yoga is a journey unique to you, your body proportions and mobility, your intentions and abilities. I’m merely a guide, you know you the best. You’ll be encouraged to move in a way that feels best for YOUR body, YOUR unique proportions and abilities, and you can wear whatever the hell feels comfortable for YOU when doing it!
My personal aim is to allow you to come into your practice embraced and accepted just as you are and then to leave with a smile, feeling a little lighter and feeling more empowered as you move into the rest of your day or week.

Jess will be leaving Exmouth on the 28th March. So be sure to join her before she heads off. Final Session 27th March in a PJ Party!

Hi Im Maddie, a certified Matwork Pilates instructor with over 10 years experience. I have a passion for all things fitness and LOVE a good core burner. Pilates is for all fitness levels and abilities, providing you with a full body workout every time.
During my classes I have the ability to motivate and strive to provide balanced , flowing and challenging exercises that leave you feeling energized and sweaty! (don’t worry we have a beautiful aircon facility)
I understand that we all require different communication cues and use a variety of hands on, verbal and imagery cuing techniques.
I look forward to seeing you on the mat for a fun and rewarding workout.
