

Postnatal fitness program - Class for Mums & Bubs
Class includes warm up, cool down & of course Pelvic floor exercises. BYO Baby carrier or baby mat.
Move around, meet like minded women. Keep the mind and body active.
Suggested for non mobile baby’s - who enjoy being in the carrier or placed down.
If you need to stop at anytime to give your baby a cuddle absolutely.
Class time will vary up to 45 minutes.
Class will have no more then 6 parents at any time.
