Bump & Me Pregnancy Fitness Classes are recommended for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy but are suitable from any stage, up until 36 weeks.

Expert Pre & Post Natal Trainer, 45 minute classes. We ask that you seek clearance from your doctor/midwife or GP before training with us. Please speak directly to Tayla for more information.

Tayla is working directly with NGALA offering a FREE Mums and Bubs classes apart of our program called CORE Confidence. All Of march, kicking off on the 5th March 2025 till the 24th March 2025. If you missed out this round, Keep and eye for round 2!
